- How can i pay for my purchases?

You have the following options:

· Credit Card: Visa, Maestro, American Express or MasterCard from any bank.

· PayPal.

· Bank transfer.

· COD (cash on delivery, available only for orders shipping within Greece).

- Can I exchange the product if I am not satisfied with it?

- Can I request a money refund if I am not satisfied with the product?

- What is my time limit in which I can ask for a refund?

Within 20 working days from the day of delivery. If the product is not returned within these twenty days, MANETTI SA may deny the refund. The date on which the return package was sent is considered to be the date that is written by the courier service on the delivery note.

- Can I request an exchange of a product bought online, from a Manetti menswear store?

You have the option –if you prefer- to make your exchange of product (valid only for current collection items and not for “offer” items), in any of the Manetti menswear stores in Greece (excluding outlets). In this case, it is necessary to accompany the exchange item with the original invoice or exchange card. You can find more information about our store locations at www.manettionline.com

Exchanges and returns from “offer” items will not be accepted in any of our stores. Those items can only be exchanged through our online shop.

- Are the products that I see online the same with the products in the Manetti stores?

Yes, the products of the MANETTI e-shop are the same as any other store in the chain and have the same rate of renewal.

- How much is the shipping cost for deliveries within Greece?

The transportation for delivery anywhere in Greece is free of charge for orders above 40€. For orders below 40€ the charge is 3€.

- What is the delivery period?

Within Greece and the 27 countries of the European Union the delivery will take place within 2-3 working days between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. In all other countries, delivery will be between 3-4 days with a possibility of delay depending on the customs regulations of the country where the product is delivered.

- Can I ask for a Saturday delivery?

You can (valid only for Greece deliveries) but there will be an extra charge of 3.69€. Please inform us that you want a Saturday delivery accordingly in the field "order comments”. If for any reason (weather conditions, place of delivery etc.) the courier company cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, we will contact you and inform you.

- How safe is it to make purchases from your e-store with my credit card?

MANETTI SA uses an SSL protocol, with a 128bit code (the most powerful today), for safe online transactions. This way all your personal information, including your credit card number, name and address are coded and cannot be read or changed on the internet.

The SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer) is the international standard on the Internet for the certification of web sites, which make such transactions, to code information between internet users and the web servers.

A coded SSL communication requires that all the information sent between customer and server be coded by the transmitter software and decoded by the receiver software, this way protecting the private information during its transfer. The information sent by the SSL protocol is also protected from a mechanism which automatically checks if the data has been changed during transfer.

- Will I find the same selection of products online as I would in a Manetti store?

The MANETTI e-shop is one of the stores of the MAN & MANETTI chain and has the same selection of products, although, during certain seasons there may be some categories that may not be available.

- Do I have the option of interest free installments with credit card payment?

No.

- Can I buy a product online and have it sent as a gift to another recipient?

Yes, as long as you fill in the mailing address and information of the receiver, and complete payment with a credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

- What currency can I make my transactions with?

All prices are in euros.

- Will I have to pay customs tax?

It depends on the country to which the package is sent, MANETTI has no involvement with this aspect of the transaction.

- How do I add products to my shopping cart?

When you have selected the category of products in which you are interested, you select the size you require, and then click on the ADD TO SHOPPING CART icon.

- What is your policy on returns?

- What should I do if I do not receive what I have ordered?

If there are any problems with the delivery the courier service, DHL, which we work with will come into contact with you (this why your contact number is required).
