Return Policy

We really hope you remain satisfied with your selection from our e-shop. In the case that you wish to return any of your purchased items, whether it is regarding a replacement, a full return or even in the rare case of a defected item, we are here for you to ensure the return process is as quick and efficient as possible.

Regarding purchases from Greece

Initially, make sure that the returning item is in top condition, has not been worn, remains at its original packaging and you are making the return within twenty (20) working days from the original purchase date.

Please use Geniki Taxydromiki courier service for the return, and select “payable by receiver”. Our company will take up the cost of shipping completely for the 1st return (in the case of multiple returns, the shipping cost of second, third, etc. return is paid by you)

After you have completed the return process, please notify us via email (info@manettionline.com) about the return, including: 1) The tracking number, 2) Your reason for the return, and 3) How you would like to proceed with the return (replacement or cancellation). After we receive your parcel and we check it, our company will proceed according to your instructions. The new shipment cost is also covered by us.

In the case that you request a money refund, the amount will be returned via the original method of payment; via PayPal, credit card or bank account. If you had paid the initial order with COD, we will return the amount to the bank account in which you will instruct us.

Moreover, you have the option to make your return in person for a replacement item in any of our Manetti menswear stores.

In this case you are bound to the following limitations:

- You have to present the initial invoice of purchase.

- the Manetti menswear store you will select for your exchange, cannot give you a money refund for your eshop purchase (a money refund is given only from the point of purchase, in this case, your money refund can only be handled by the eshop).

- Manetti Outlets handle only outlet & stock items, whereas Manetti menswear stores handle season items. So although your exchange is possible in any of our stores for any of your purchased items, a replacement can only happen from items handled from the specific store you will visit. If you wish for exchange in color or size of the same article please visit the appropriate store.
