Shipping within Greece

All shipping within Greece is free of charge for all orders above 40€ (for orders below 40€ the charge is 3€). Your order will be shipped to the designated address using the courier company “Geniki Taxydromiki”.

International shipping

Your order will be shipped to the designated address using the courier company “DHL” (for shipments to Cyprus we use Geniki Taxydromiki courier). Delivery costs for dispatch orders bought from our e-shop are as follows:

▪ For purchases within the EU countries, delivery cost is 15€ for purchases up to 100€ value and 10€ for purchases more than 101€ value.

▪ For purchases from countries outside the EU, delivery cost is 20€ for purchases up to 100€ value and 15€ for purchases more than 101€ value.

The delivery cost is calculated on the basis of the above rates will appear when you login or enter your data, indicating also the country of delivery.

Shipping/delivery time

The orders are usually dispatched daily. Our cut off time for the day is 12:00 noon EET. Delivery days are Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm for Greece and for the 27 countries of the European Union. Delivery time is 2-3 business days. For the rest of the countries, 3-4 days are required. Delivery time may be prolonged according to the customs regime of each country. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather phenomena or strikes and in case of force majeure, which may affect delivery times.

We would like to inform you that delivery terms are governed by the international regulations and guidelines of I.C.A.O (International Civil Aviation Organization), I.A.T.A. (International Air Transport Association) and by the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), applicable by each courier service that MANETTI SA cooperates.

Delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

▪ In periods of extreme weather phenomena or strikes, as well as in case of force majeure, which may affect the delivery of your order.

▪ In case communication with you (if there is any problem with your order, concerning the product or payment), by telephone and/or e-mail, is impossible, because, for instance, your data entered are not properly updated.
